Arlberg Hotel & COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

This policy is in addition to the standard booking terms and conditions provided by Arlberg Hotel. In the event of any inconsistencies between these, then this policy shall take precedence.

Following on from 2020, we will allow the cancellation and full refund, or credit forward, of your booking with us in the following circumstances;

  • up to 72 hours prior to arrival upon proof of a current positive result for COVID-19 from the Victorian Department of Health (or interstate public Health Department) for any member of the party travelling in your booking. This proof will need to be supplied to us upon the written request for cancellation under our COVID-19 policy, OR;
  • if you are stopped from travelling due to state border closures for your arrival date – if either your state government or the Victorian State Government has closed its borders to interstate travel, OR;
  • if Victorian Department of Health coronavirus restrictions close Mt Buller resort or prevent you from travelling on your intended dates.

You can find the most up to date Victorian coronavirus settings on the Department of Health's coronavirus website .

Please note that Arlberg Hotel can only assist in matters where we have processed monies for your accommodation package, including extras purchased directly with us. If you have purchased your own lift passes, gate entry, activities, etc. you will have to contact those operators for cancellation, change of dates, refunds, etc. (i.e. purchases made through the Mt Buller website you will have to contact Buller Holidays – 1800 BULLER).
