This policy is in addition to the standard booking terms and conditions provided by Arlberg Hotel. In the event of any inconsistencies between these, then this policy shall take precedence.
Following on from 2020, we will allow the cancellation and full refund, or credit forward, of your booking with us in the following circumstances;
You can find the most up to date Victorian coronavirus settings on the Department of Health's coronavirus website .Please note that Arlberg Hotel can only assist in matters where we have processed monies for your accommodation package, including extras purchased directly with us. If you have purchased your own lift passes, gate entry, activities, etc. you will have to contact those operators for cancellation, change of dates, refunds, etc. (i.e. purchases made through the Mt Buller website you will have to contact Buller Holidays – 1800 BULLER).
